Sport has always been a part of my life. My way in Bodybuilding wasnt so easy of course, like a lot of people, i did a lot of mistakes. And now baced on my experience and knowledge im helping people to lern that to feel good or loose weight or to reach any goals what they have, no need to be overtrained, no need to have extreamly low calorie diets!
