Refund Policy
- Facility Cancellation: If a sports facility owner cancels a booking unilaterally, the client is entitled to a full refund. The facility owner must provide an alternative sports facility (same time and date, within a 1-15 km radius, and if the price is higher, compensate the client for the price difference between the two bookings).
- Client Cancellation: Clients can cancel bookings up to 1 hour before the session without compensation to the facility owner, unless the facility's specific rules state otherwise on their GetSport.fi page.
- Specialist Cancellation: If a trainer or sports specialist cancels a session, the client is entitled to a full refund or, if possible, a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 days from the cancellation date, but in some cases, due to technical issues, refunds may take up to 31 days.
- By registering on GetSport.fi or GetSport.io, users unconditionally accept these terms. In case of contradiction between these terms and Finnish law, the remaining terms remain valid. The official language of these terms is Finnish, and the English version has equal legal force. Other language versions are translations, and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
